Introductory Note: This is the anarchist-feminist program drafted by A., and should be read in conjunction with our response, here.

Our Program: 21 Points of Unity

We are a revolutionary, multicultural, Earth-centered, womanist (but not Black or woman exclusive), anti-patriarchal, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, and anti-fascist pagan organization.

1. We stand for a compassionate, gift-giving, matriarchal, communistic society based upon the wisdom gleaned from the original communist, matriarchal, woman-centered societies that existed for hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of years before the modern phenomenon of patriarchy—not based on deformed or failed workers’ states such as the Soviet Union or China, which resulted from the distortions perpetuated by dogmatic followers of Karl Marx that kept patriarchy intact, or the models for so called 'socialism' or 'communism' peddled by modern-day “armchair theoreticians” and petty-bourgeois academics who succumb to Western, Eurocentric, patriarchal male thought.

2. We reject the illusion that patriarchy is humanity’s “inborn disposition”, and the notions of “biological inferiority”, or “Original Sin” used to justify humanity’s suffering under patriarchy. We also reject Darwinism, as being not necessarily wrong, but incomplete. In over-emphasizing the direct competition between individuals for resources as the primary selection mechanism, Darwin’s dogmatic followers (similar to those of Karl Marx), created and foster the illusion that the Earth is an ultimately static and lifeless chunk of elements which, for the Machine and its capitalistic-parasitic state, are ripe for plucking.

3. We base our program, method, and policies upon the reality that all things and all events perceived by the intuition are interrelated, yet contradictory manifestations of an extraordinarily fluid, non-static reality; the cosmos is one and indivisible. However, we reject Marxist ‘dialectical materialism’ because of its fetishism of objectivity (and of materialism; hence the name). We believe materialism is a patriarchal attempt to transcend the life process, to escape the natural bodily processes of eating, sleeping and shitting in favor of propelling humanity into a lifeless, sterile, static, wholly patriarchal, mechanical and profane mode of existence; similarly we see objectivity as a spectator sport that renders the observed ‘object’ lifeless, and likewise, we see “objective information” as a tool of control and exploitation.

4. We reject the individualistic notion of ‘personal space’ and similar illusions peddled by (mostly) white petty-bourgeois radical feminists, which nurture the illusion that the isolated individual self is a reality, rather than an ego-illusion.

5. We believe that the alienation caused by patriarchy, can only be transcended by regaining our pre-patriarchal consciousness of oneness with the Earth, and activating the magical power resonating in our genes. Our enemy is in time, not in space; while it is important to fight in space, to struggle in the here and now, it is also just as, if not more important, to fight in time, by transcending alienation and regaining our pre-patriarchal consciousness. Either we transcend this alienation and regain our pre-patriarchal consciousness, and evolve, or we don’t and we die as a species.

6. We believe that while alienation can be transcended to some degree in our patriarchal-capitalistic society, we as individuals can never completely transcend alienation while our sisters and brothers are still in shackles; meaning that while our enemy is not in space, but in time, we must fight in both space and time to achieve our liberation—and on all fronts—sexual, political, economic, social, etc. It’s all or nothing.

7. We term ourselves “pagan” because in order for a revolution to succeed, we as revolutionaries, must struggle to make over ourselves and our psyches, transcending and overcoming the alienation we suffer under patriarchy, while at the same time defending Mother Earth, and struggling to respell the world. *The term “pagan” does not refer to any religious affiliation, but a term denoting psychic wholeness.

8. As revolutionaries we are committed to working with any genuinely independent anti-patriarchal, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, and anti-fascist party or pro-Earth organizations that develop. We must be willing to work with oodles of diverse groups and people. We may not agree completely about everything, and we have a right to differ openly. However, we’re in this fight together—either we all are free, or none of us is free.

9. We believe that patriarchy is a profane and life-negating Machine based upon controlling women’s bodies, daily lives, environments and goals, and most especially to alienating of women from themselves, humanity, animals, Earth, the moon, the cosmos, their creative force, and from life processes in general—of eating, shitting, living, dying and fucking; and that capitalism, patriarchy’s spawn, and preferred economic system, is a harmful and destructive economic system based on production for profit and the alienation of humanity from the Earth.

10. We are for the smashing of patriarchy and its ruling class and for the abolition of capitalism, and exchange in general; we are for its replacement by a gift economy concerned with satisfying the Earth and her children’s needs and not concerned with exploiting life, turning a profit or appeasing the alienated human ego that characterizes societies based upon patriarchy, and/or on exchange.

11. We believe that only transcending the alienation caused by patriarchy, and its spawn capitalism, regaining our pre-patriarchal consciousness, forging a victorious revolution and smashing of the patriarchal-capitalist state and establishing a gift economy can abolish exploitation and alienation. Only the masses, led by revolutionary Black, Latina/o, etc. wo/men can lead a revolution to victory and establish a truly sane, sustainable and egalitarian society.

12. We believe that only transcending the alienation caused by patriarchy, and its spawn capitalism, regaining our pre-patriarchal consciousness, forging a victorious revolution and smashing the patriarchal-capitalist state and establishing a gift economy can make the changes in our consciousness and production and use of energy and resources that are essential to prevent, or at least mitigate the anger of the Earth, intensified by the rape, plunder, and abuse inflicted upon Her by patriarchy for centuries.

13. There is no such thing as a peaceful revolution—the Earth is being beaten to a pulp with patriarchal technology. There will be time for breaking bread and singing “Kumbaya” later—the Earth has always nourished us; right now the Earth needs revolutionaries willing to defend Her.

14. Pacifism is to making a revolution, as a drop of water is to burning building; pacifism and non-violence are not synonymous and we are not pacifists. While we are not justifying offensive violence, in the words of Malcolm X, “If someone puts a dog on you, kill that dog.” The Machine is inflicting patriarchy, suffering, and death upon us, raping, abusing and killing the Earth and Her children-- it’s our job and our duty to kill it.

15. Whenever fascists are organizing or active in public, whether they are fundamentalist jerks shaming women for controlling their own bodies at an abortion clinic, whether they are skinheads or pigs terrorizing our communities, or corporate jerks abusing Mother Earth, we must be there. We don't believe in ignoring them or staying away from them-- we must leave no quarter for fascists!

16. We don't rely on the pig or the courts to battle it out with the fascists. We must rely on ourselves to protect ourselves and stop the fascists from destroying the Earth, our communities, and ultimately ourselves, children of the Earth. If you trust a billyclub more than yourself to protect the Earth, or for that matter, trust yourself more than the Earth, then you are not fit to be a revolutionary.

17. We believe that in order to defeat patriarchy, women must be in control of their own bodies—abortion, contraception, and total reproductive freedom. When women are in control of their own bodies, patriarchy, or “The Machine” cannot exist. Therefore, we must defend women from forced sterilization, genital mutilation, anti-abortion fanatics, and the like: by any means necessary.

18. Neither the Democratic Party nor any section of it is a genuine friend of humanity. It is a totally patriarchal and bourgeois party; an extension of the patriarchal Machine and its capitalistic state. It is never permissible to give the Democratic Party, or any other bourgeois party for that matter electoral support, even critically, no matter how “left” or “progressive” they appear to the untrained eye.

19. We support the struggle of the womanist, mujerista, and multicultural feminist movements against sexism, racism, classism and fascism. Most so-called ‘radical’ feminist parties that exist, past and present, are/were really white petty bourgeois parties, reformist in program and practice. There can be no ‘all-class’ women’s movement. These ‘all-class’ movements, always end in a strategy of alliance with the bourgeoisie (the popular front, détente) that inflicts terrible defeats on the those of the working class and poor oppressed by the patriarchal Machine worldwide; and explains why the white so-called 'radical' feminist movement has been unsuccessful to this day.

20. Patriarchy has characterized Marxist communism in every so-called workers state-including the Soviet Union, China and most other countries that were workers’ states. Patriarchy also characterizes the few remaining workers’ states, such as Cuba, in which patriarchal Stalinist bureaucracies rule over the working class. We believe that this is because Marxist communist theory is Eurocentric and patriarchal in nature, and therefore, most of Marx’s dogmatic followers cannot grasp the fact that everything interpenetrates one another; and if they do they still don’t grasp the greatness or breadth of ancient woman-centered societies, and of non-white societies (especially Black societies. The original matriarchal societies were forged by Black people). While we are communists, we are not Marxists; hell, even Marx wasn’t a Marxist!

21. We must build a strong movement against patriarchy, capitalism, sexism, classism, racism, sexism, anti-Semitism, homophobia, ageism, discrimination against the disabled, and r e s p e l l and d r e a m the world to be a truly egalitarian, sacred, and communist place.
